Various scam messages asking for personal data and payments on behalf of Omniva

A number of different scam messages are currently circulating: people are being sent various scam messages on behalf of Omniva saying that their parcel has been stopped because of incorrect destination information and asking for personal details or requesting a payment. These are scams and Omniva is not involved in sending such messages! Omniva will never ask you to pay an invoice, provide personal information, or make a payment by text message!

It is important to remember a simple fact – Omniva does not charge a fee for a parcel sent via text message or email link! To receive parcels, you will need to pay when the parcel is sent or received. 
 

Please be vigilant and in the case of the slightest suspicion, contact Omniva’s customer service at 661 6616 to make sure it is not a scam!
