Kristi Unt was elected to be a Member of the ELFA Supervisory Board

The Estonian Logistics and Freight Forwarding Association (ELFA) elected a new eight-member Supervisory Board on 11 May. Among others, Member of the Board of Omniva Kristi Unt turned out to be elected.
 
The traditionally male-dominated ELFA Supervisory Board received an addition of two women: in addition to Kristi Unt, the CEO of Itella Estonia, Meelike Paalberg, became a member.
 
Member of the Board of Schenker Janek Saareoks and Member of the Board of Smarten Logistics Mark Paves were also elected as new members to the ELFA Supervisory Board. Continuing from the old Supervisory Board: the CEO of Balti Logistika Joel Timm, the CEO of DPD Estonia Remo Kirss, the CEO of ACE Logistics Andres Matkur, and the CEO of Logistika Pluss Toomas Orutar. Of the aforementioned eight, the Chairman will be elected at the new Supervisory Board’s first meeting on 6 June.
 
The Estonian Logistics and Freight Forwarding Association (ELFA) was founded in 1994. Today, ELFA unites 51 companies engaged in international transport and freight forwarding or the provision of other logistics services.
