New board member Gusts Muzikants started in Omniva

As of August 21st, Gusts Muzikants has started working as member of the management board and Chief Commercial Officer in Omniva. He also takes on the role of Latvian board member.

I am very pleased that such a strong leader and excellent team player with variety of international experience in the commercial field joined us,” said Mart Mägi, CEO of Omniva. „We warmly welcome him in his new position and are grateful that he is also helping the local Latvian organization with his knowledge and experience during the period of change.“
 
Gusts is highly experienced in heading regional sales teams and working with international markets. From the beginning of this year until now, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Latvian Post. Before that, he held different managerial roles in TET Lattelecom as well as in Kimberly-Clark.

The current general manager of Latvia, Beāte Krauze-Čebotare has decided to leave Omniva and pursue her career outside the company. „We sincerely thank her for the excellent results building the most loved brand on the market and strong dedication during the six years she worked at the company. We wish her all the best and success in her new challenges,“ commented Mart Mägi.
