For this you need its barcode. You received one when you registered your parcel. If you are the Recipient, ask the Sender for a barcode.

Good to know! Tracking form can be submitted only from the country of origin and by the Sender. If you are the Recipient you should contact the Sender to track the parcel.

1. Package your parcel in a way that would protect it from getting damaged during transport.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE LOCKERS OF THE PARCEL MACHINES?
By parcel machine, it is possible to send parcels weighing up to 30 kg each. You can choose between lockers of three sizes (S, M or L). Maximum dimensions of the lockers (height, width, length) are as follows:
S 9 x 38 x 64 cm (min width 9 x min length 14)
M 19 x 38 x 64 cm
L 39 x 38 x 64 cm -
I have more than one shipment for a recipient to be stored with the Parcel Storage function, can I store them in one locker?
No, only one shipment can be stored under the ‘Parcel Storage for Business Customers’ button at a time.

Will the recipient receive the text message of the stored parcel immediately after the parcel is stored?
The text message will be sent five minutes after the parcel is stored. A text message for a shipment stored between 11.59 p.m. and 7 a.m. will be sent after 7 a.m.

How does the pricing of Parcel Storage shipments work?
Shipment pricing is based on the selected locker size. If the customer has a shipment with S dimensions, but they select an M-locker, the pricing will be based on the M-locker. The price of the shipment is not displayed on the screen of the parcel machine.

I accidentally scanned the shipment under the ‘I labelled the parcel in the self-service’ button, can I still store it under the ‘Parcel Storage for Business Customers’ function?
The shipment’s barcode can be scanned again using the ‘Parcel Storage for Business Customers’ button and stored in a separate locker.

I stored the Parcel Storage shipments together with other shipments, where will these parcels go?
If these shipments were stored with other shipments, they will move through a sorting centre and will be stored back in the parcel machine by a courier.

How long is the storage time for Parcel Storage shipments?
A shipment’s storage time is 7 calendar days. If a courier stores more parcels with consolidated delivery in the locker, the storage time will be extended according to the last stored parcel.

Is the Parcel Storage function only available for pre-labelled shipments or can I also use it when labelling a shipment at a parcel machine?
The Parcel Storage function applies to both pre-labelled shipments as well as those labelled at the parcel machine. NB! Shipments can be labelled at parcel machines only by private customers.
