Letter from the e-service
The fastest and the most comfortable way to send a mail is via our e-service. Write a letter, upload it in the e-service, add your address details and let us take care of the rest. We shall print your letter, put it in an envelope, put a stamp on it, and get it to the receiver. You can choose according to your needs either us to carry the letter to the mailbox, or require a physical signature or a digital signature upon delivery. In the e-service you can send mail to Estonia and abroad, and also domestic registered letters and registered e-letters.

An electronically posted registered e-letter arrives to the recipient electronically. We will send the recipient a link in an e-mail to access the sent document after having given the digital signature. The recipient can give his/her digital signature with the ID card, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.

Good to know
- The orders received by 13:30 on a working day shall be completed (i.e. the letter delivered) the latest at the second next working day.
- The orders received after 13:30 or at weekends shall be completed (i.e. the letter delivered) the latest at the second next working day.
- When going to send a letter, save it to a PDF format, in order to preserve the contents of their original form when printing.
- The volume of files can be up to 5 MB or up to 25 A4 pages.

Good to know!
- Acceptable formats are DDOC, PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX or RTF.
- The volume of a single file can be up to 5 MB.
- You can send up to 10 files in one letter.
- Make sure that you know the identification number and the e-mail address of the recipient.
