How to send a parcel abroad?
Possibilities to send a parcel abroad depend on which country you would like to send your parcel to. Answer a couple of questions in this page and you will see the options, from which you can choose the most suitable one.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and special rules enforced in the states, parcel deliveries in Latvia and Lithuania might take a few days longer.

Benefits
- You can leave your parcel in the parcel terminal and the recipient can collect it irrespectively of time – parcel terminals are located outdoors and they can be used 24 h a day
- Parcel terminals available for use are located at the most visited places all over Estonia – together in 45 towns and settlements
- The parcel left in the parcel terminal before the evening emptying will arrive next morning in many places in Latvia, and in the second day in whole Latvia and Lithuania.
- Sending the parcel from a parcel terminal to a parcel terminal is the most favourable way
- As a business customer, you have the possibility to leave all your parcels in one locker, however every parcel costs individually depending on its size (S, M, or L)
Good to know!
- Make sure you know recipient's mobile phone number and from which parcel terminal he/she wants to collect your parcel
- Once you have left your parcel in the parcel terminal, you cannot redirect it to another channel
- Make sure you formalise your parcel in the e-service before sending it, because this is the only way to choose the necessary additional services. If the parcel is not previously formalised, you will send the parcel under the same conditions as a private customer.
- If you have lots of parcel and you do not want to take them to the parcel terminal, you can bring them to our warehouse and we will take them to the parcel terminal.
Benefits
- At the post office, you can choose a packaging of a suitable size, and print out the address card for the parcel.
- The recipient can go and collect the parcel at the suitable time. Parcel can be collected from the parcel machine at any time, as the parcel terminals that are located outdoors, are available 24h a day.

- Make sure you know recipient's mobile phone number and from which parcel machine he/she wants to collect your parcel.
- Once you have left your parcel in the parcel machine, you cannot redirect it to another channel.
Benefits
- You can mail the parcel in a convenient way – courier service is provided everywhere in Estonia, even in the furthest backwoods. Send your parcel with the courier to the parcel terminal if it is more comfortable for the recipient to collect the parcel from there

- If you have made a contract with us and formalise the sending of parcels in the e-service, you can also send multi-package deliveries. In case of a multi-package delivery, we will sum up the weights of up to 20 parcels and calculate the delivery price on the basis of the total weight. Packages may have a total weight up to 2550 kg.
- If you want to use a courier to pick up parcels in Latvia or Lithuania, you should execute a contract with us. The transport price of the picked parcels is equal to the price of parcel delivery and no additional fee will be added to the order.

- The base of calculating the delivery price a cumbersome parcel is the estimated weight of the parcel which is the biggest one of the actual weight and volume weight. Parcel with the weight of more than 30 kg will be mounted on a pallet which allows us to process and transport the parcel. The weight and dimensions of the pallet will be considered as the ones of the parcel.
- When sending a parcel to Neringa peninsula in Lithuania, an extra cost of 40.58 euros and the VAT will be added
- If the parcel is handed over in Hiiumaa or smaller islands, or after the latest parcel pick-up time at any post office, one working day will be added to delivery time. The latest parcel pick-up time is varying from post office to post office, and it is reasonable to find out the right time on spot

- Courier Europe courier service is more favourable than EMS courier
- Allows sending multi-package deliveries to Finland
- You can insure the parcels if necessary. When insuring the parcel, the insurance payment of 5% of the disclosed value of the goods per every euro or its part will be charged in addition to transportation fee
