Carefully

If your parcel's content is fragile, order the careful handling service. When the service is ordered, we will mark the parcel with special symbol which guarantees that it will be handled carefully in transport and processing. You can order this service in e-service for the parcels previously registered, and the service fee is 1.60 euros plus VAT.
 

Delivery notice via e-mail or SMS

We will let you know if the recipient has received your parcel. You can order this service in the e-service or at the post office. If you want to receive the notice via e-mail, the service fee is 17 cents, if you want to receive a SMS, the service fee is 25 cents. VAT will be added to the fee.
 

Notice of return via e-mail or SMS

We will send you a notice of return when the parcel storage date has expired or if the recipient does not come to collect your parcel. You can order this service in the e-service or at the post office. If you want to receive the notice via e-mail, the service fee is 17 cents, if you want to receive a SMS, the service fee is 25 cents. VAT will be added to the fee.
 

Returning the parcel in 14 days

If you want to grant your customers the possibility for free returning of the parcels within 14 days, order the additional service of returning the parcel. The recipient can return the parcel in any parcel terminal, and also those recipients who collected the parcels at the post office or received it from the courier, can use the parcel terminal for returning it. To return a parcel, the recipient needs to keep the bar code that was on the parcel, or the returning code that was given to him/her when the parcel arrived. Ordering this service is free but if a customer has decided to return the parcel, you as the person who orders have to pay for every returned parcel.
