With our assistance, you will be able to deliver your goods to the customers quickly and conveniently. We will take the goods ordered from your online store to the parcel machine nearest to the customer or to their doorstep in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

If your online store is built on the Shopify or WooCommerce platforms, Omniva’s delivery module will allow you to open an online store in all three Baltic markets, if you wish. Using Omniva’s new software module will make the following options and solutions available to you.

Having installed the module, you must enter into a business customer contract with Omniva to start using the services. If you already are a contractual customer, please contact us to receive the username and password which are required for using the service. OMNIVA’S ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY INTERFACES
FOR ONLINE STORES

If the solution described above is not suitable for your online store, we also offer the widget option. This is used to display a drop-down menu of parcel machines and post offices which can be used by the customers of the online store to choose the most convenient place for receiving the parcel.
Thanks to the widget, the following options and solutions can be offered to online stores.
 
  • The drop-down menu includes all parcel machines of Omniva in the Baltics, as well as all post offices in Estonia.
  • In addition to the list of post offices, the drop-down menu also displays the opening times of the post offices.
  • The widget can be used to combine the most suitable solution, for example by only adding parcel machines or post offices or by using both delivery methods.

BANK LINKS OF MAKSEKESKUS AND THE REGISTRATION OF OMNIVA’S SHIPMENTS IN ONE MODULE

Maksekeskus.ee offers a module for the most common online store platforms, which can also be used to send the details of the registration of shipments to the logistics system of Omniva, in addition to the payment options. The module also enables to adjust the list of parcel machines to be displayed in the online store and to print address cards.

SPECIAL INTERFACING SOLUTIONS

If your online store uses a different platform, you will need software development to add the option to order the goods to a parcel machine. You can use the XML/SOAP online service, which enables data exchange in the XML format to interface your online store with our service.

  • Sending preliminary shipment information to our e-service
  • Shipment parcel card queries
  • Queries of the location and status of shipments
 
PRESEND

Presend means that you will have to confirm the shipment in the e-service for the delivery of the shipment to the parcel machine. Imported shipments are displayed under the ‘Unsent shipments’ section of the menu. You are required to confirm the shipment there, changing the details of the shipment, if necessary. Having confirmed the shipment, you can print the parcel card and delivery note.
 
FINAL ORDER

Final order means that everything will be performed automatically – report of the details of the shipment, parcel card query, and returning the status.
