Parcel returning

Simple system of returning the goods is a competitive advantage. Nearly one-fifth of consumers leaves without making a purchase if the returning policy is too complicated.* To ensure that your business thrives, we have created simple options of returning the goods for you. This way, you can avoid individual delivery compensation on the basis of the application of the customers.

Simple and flexible parcel returning option
 
  • Your customer can return the parcel to a suitable post office or parcel machine everywhere in Estonia
  • If your customer orders the parcel to the parcel machine, we will send the customer also the returning code with the notification. This way, the customer has the opportunity to conveniently return the parcel by means of a return code via suitable parcel machine
  • In terms of parcels sent to the parcel machine, you have the option to choose whether your customer has the option to return the goods or not
  • If the customer fails to collect the parcel from the post office or parcel machine, we will return it to you after the deposit period. We will collect all returned items and deliver them to you according to the agreed frequency, such as once a week
 
A solution that makes the return of the goods and warranty simple
 
  • You can specify the returning methods of the goods individually for each customer (post office, parcel machine, courier)
  • It is possible to use this solution at any time – this means that you can allow the customer also return the goods purchased a year ago, for example For example, it is perfectly suitable for returning the goods purchased during the warranty period
  • You can allow the goods to be returned at your expense; this way, you can use the volume-based customer price applied to you, thereby avoiding the compensation of the customer postage expenses
  • If requested, you can send your products directly to your return storage or cooperation partner, for example, thereby simplifying your logistics solutions
