You can buy postage stamps and philatelic products from our e-shop and post offices; the largest selection is available at Toompea post office.

Stages of fast and convenient shopping:
 
  • Select the desired product.
  • By pressing the    button, the item is automatically added to the basket.
  • You can see the contents of the shopping basket from the righthand corner of the page where you can add or remove items in the basket.
  • After selecting the products, go to shopping basket, choose the delivery method and add a delivery address. When adding the address, choose the right address from the address search and the correct postal code is then added to the address.
  • Before saving and choosing the payment method, agree to the user terms and conditions.
  • You can pay for the order using a bank link, credit card or invoice.

The order is prepared once the payment has been received.

HOW TO BUY PHILATELIC PRODUCTS WITH A STANDING ORDER?

If you wish to receive all philatelic products comfortably at home, make a standing order. Info cards of postage stamps shall be delivered to the permanent customer free of charge, to who we offer also personal customer support. Standing order includes advance payment.
 
  • Postage stamps – templed or clean sheetlet, miniature or four sheets
  • Single stamp, quadruplet or small bracket
  • Stamp booklet – clean or templed
  • Year sets
  • Stationery – clean or templed
  • First Day Covers (FDC) – stamped
  • Maxi card – stamped
  • Special tempels – templed

If you have registered yourself as a permanent customer, you do not have to make a new standard order every year, but make an additional credit payment. It is always possible to change the standard order, whether it is about purchased goods, frequency of orders, or are the goods delivered to you after every order, four times a year, two times a year or once a year.

HOW TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR POSTAGE STAMPS?

We look forward to proposals reflecting Estonian state matters, history, culture and key events and topics on postage stamps, postal stationery and special stamps. To make a proposal, think of a name for the event or topic, outline its importance and describe it. Submit the proposal in writing to our Emission Committee at:

WHEN TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS?
 
  • Postage stamps: no later than 1.5 years before the desired release date.
  • Postal stationery: no later than 1 year before the desired release date.
  • Special stamps: no later than 6 months before the desired release date.


Our Emission Committee reviews all proposals received in writing and informs applicants of its decisions. New postage stamps are produced on the basis of approved proposals.
