As part of the cooperation between Omniva and Picapac, we offer the customers the opportunity to order their goods from e-shops directly to the personal parcel machine. If the customer has selected “1. eelistus/Picapac pakiautomaat” from the parcel machine list of the e-shop, the sender must choose the same option. The parcel is redirected to the correct delivery destination after handing over to Omniva by the sender and sorting. If the customer has selected “1. eelistus/Picapac pakiautomaat” from the parcel machine list of the e-shop, the e-shop must choose the same option.

In order to have the updated list of parcel machines of Omniva and the ‘“1. eelistus/Picapac pakiautomaat” always available to your customers, please check that updating the list would be set up automatically or done manually in your e-shop once a day. If possible, please display ‘“1. eelistus/Picapac pakiautomaat” as the first choice to make it easy to find for the customer.

WHAT DO I AS A BUSINESS CUSTOMER HAVE TO CHOOSE IN THE SELF-SERVICE ENVIRONMENT SO THAT THE PARCEL WOULD MOVE TO A PERSONAL PARCEL MACHINE OR OMNIVA’S PARCEL MACHINE, DEPENDING ON THE PREFERENCE OF THE CUSTOMER?
If the customer has selected ‘“1. eelistus/Picapac pakiautomaat”’ for the delivery method, you should also select ‘“1. eelistus/Picapac pakiautomaat” from the parcel machine list in the self-service environment. After arrival at Omniva, the parcel is directed to the correct delivery channel depending on the preference of the customer.

THE PARCEL MACHINE LIST IN MY E-SHOP DOES NOT INCLUDE ‘“1. EELISTUS/PICAPAC PAKIAUTOMAAT”. HOW CAN I ADD IT?
Update the e-shop parcel machine CSV file, which can be found on the website of Omniva at www.omniva.ee/locations.
If possible, display ‘“1. eelistus/Picapac pakiautomaat” as the first choice to make it easy to find for the customer who has specified their preference.

The administrator of the website of the e-shop is responsible for the order of the parcel machine list, Omniva only sends the details of the delivery options.

WHICH PARCEL SIZES CAN BE SENT TO A PICAPAC SMARTBOX?
Picapac smartbox can be used for parcels up to size L. The dimensions of the sections of a Picapac smartbox can be found from the website of Picapac at www.Picapac.com.
