    Our company is a member of the 2% Club of the Estonian Employers’ Confederation, investing at least 2% of our turnover in research and development activities.

  • Remote Work label 2020

    The label is awarded to companies that successfully execute remote work in their organisation and develop their processes accordingly.

  • The highest level among the world’s postal companies in measuring their carbon footprint

    The Universal Postal Union issues certificates after the measurement in a total of five different categories, from which Omniva received the highest possible.

  • Logistics achievement of the year 2018

    Omniva’s new logistics centre, the most modern in the Baltic states, was named the Logistics Achievement of the Year for 2018. The competition was held for the 18th time and is the most important honour in the field of logistics in Estonia.

  • Omniva advances to next round of family-friendly employer label

    Omniva qualified for the primary tier of the family-friendly employer label. The label was awarded by the Ministry of Social Affairs in recognition of Omniva’s activity in making its workplace culture more family-friendly. We are taking part in the family-friendly employer programme and have passed the preliminary evaluation. We constantly work to make our employment culture more flexible and family-friendly.

  • Outstanding recruiter 2018

    A recruitment marketing study revealed the most outstanding users of recruitment solutions in Estonia. Omniva took a respectable second place at the competition. The study was conducted by Instar EBC branding agency in cooperation with CV Online.

  • Energy achievement of the year 2018

    We received recognition for the solar power complex installed on the roof of the Omniva’s new logistics centre. A total of 1,667 monocrystalline panels are installed on the roof of the centre, taking up one and one-half football fields in area (10,000 m²). The output of the solar plant is 500 kW which is enough to power 114 average households.

  • Best postal service provider in the Nordics in the UPU’ postal development report 2018

    We placed 13th in the UPU (Universal Postal Union) Integrated Index for Postal Development covering 173 countries. Omniva improved on its position from the year before by two spots, becoming the top ranked postal enterprise in the Nordic countries.

  • European Business Awards nominee 2018

    The pilot of the Omniva-Starship-Mercedes-Benz Vans “Robovan“ project was among the five best in the finals of Europe’s biggest business awards competition. Over 110,000 companies from 34 countries were candidates.

  • Logistics achievement of the Year 2017

    The Omniva, Starship and Mercedes-Benz Vans “Robovan“ pilot project own the title of Logistics Achievement of the Year 2017.

  • Tallinn Entrepreneurship Award 2017

    At the Tallinn Entrepreneurship Award competition, Omniva, Starship Technologies and Mercedes-Benz Vans won the Cooperation Project of the Year award for their Robovan project.

  • World Post & Parcel Awards 2017 nominee

    Omniva Latvia’s high customer service quality was among the top three at the world’s most prestigious postal and logistics sector award ceremony, the World Post & Parcel Awards 2017.

    The label is the recognition bestowed by the Smart Work Association on companies who offer ways of working remotely.

  • Baltic leader in the UPU postal development index 2017

    In the UPU (Universal Postal Union) Integrated Index for Postal Development, Estonia placed 18th of 170 countries. We were third in Eastern Europe, second among the Nordic countries and first in the Baltics.

  • Recognition from Tallinn City Government for promoting health 2015

    In 2015, Tallinn City Government recognized Omniva for promotion of employee health and contributing to the development of the TET network. Omniva received positive attention with a project in which we installed climbing walls in the distribution centres and headquarters.

  • Quality label of Estonian Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility (CSR) Index 2015

    We received the bronze level of the quality label 2015 for well-considered and versatile contribution into the development of a sustainable and socially responsible enterprise. The gold, silver or bronze level of the quality label is granted to an enterprise that follows the Estonian CSR Index and values sustainable development. The activity of such an enterprise expresses reasoned and versatile consideration to the surrounding human and natural environment, and to its stakeholders.

  • 2014 family- and employee-friendly companies competition

    We placed 6th in the 2014 employee-friendly part of the competition and 13th overall.

  • "Working Together" badge in 2014

    This badge is bestowed on companies who help people with special needs join the workforce and who support people in their workforce who have a work disability.

  • Estonia’s most sports-minded company 2008-2014

    Eesti Post employees people who love exercise and care about their health. For the seventh year in a row, we won the title of Estonia’s most sports-minded company.

  • Postal Technology International 2013

    Postal Technology International 2013 for the best service provider.

  • 2013 family- and employee-friendly companies competition

    The goal of the competition is to determine the country’s family- and employee-friendly companies and draw attention to development of employees, family and the work environment. We came in 16th overall at the 2013 family- and employee-friendly companies competition.

    Postal Technology International 2012 award for the best digital communication innovation. Our digital solution for sending and accepting letters received the Postal Technology International award in the category of digital communication innovation.
