SINGLE REDIRECTING OF SHIPMENT FROM POST OFFICE TO POST OFFICE - FREE 

If you want to redirect a parcel that has arrived to a post office that suits you best, contact us.


PERMANENT REDIRECTING OF SHIPMENT - UP TO 6 MONTHS - PAID

If you want your parcels arrivingto be forwarded to a new address (for example, you move and you want to be sure that shipments no longer arrive to the old address), then you can use the redirecting service. For this purpose, write your name, and both new and old address on an application. You can submit the application at a post office (take an identification document with you). Contractual clients can submit the application to their account manager (see business client service contacts HERE). Mail redirecting prices are available in the Universal postal service price list. REDIRECTING FROM PARCEL MACHINE TO PARCEL MACHINE

With redirecting, the parcel may take up to 7 days to arrive to the desired parcel machine. You can redirect the parcel to another parcel machine in our self-service portal minu.omniva.ee, when redirecting, the recipient must pay the additional service fee when receiving the parcel (service fee depends on the parcel service and size), the initial shipping cost must be considered. You can pay for redirecting by card when picking up your parcel from the parcel machine.


REDIRECTING PERIODICALS

Periodical subscriptions can be redirected:

  • at post offices - for this, fill in an application at the post office and pay the service fee €1.20 (with VAT) per publication. If you submit an application for permanent redirecting, the price includes redirecting of periodicals (see Universal postal service price list).
  • Via the publisher - free.
  • Please Note! Changes to subscriptions of newspapers Õhtuleht, Eesti Päevaleht and Postimees cannot be made via Eesti Post AS (incl. package subscriptions related with these publications)

REDIRECTING A PARCEL SENT USING A COURIER

We will deliver a parcel that is sent using a courier to be stored at a parcel machine or a post office without an additional fee if we have not been able to contact you to agree a delivery time or if the delivery attempt failed. We will inform you by SMS. Please Note! We do not redirect large parcels and parcels weighing more than 30 kg to post office or parcel machine.


Please Note! If you want to receive the international parcels from a parcel machine instead of a post office in the future, add your preferred parcel machines in the minu.omniva.ee portal.
