Changes to Parcel Service Terms and Conditions for Private and Business Customers

As of 1 May, new parcel service terms and conditions will take effect for Omniva’s business and private customers. The purpose of the updates is to align the terms and conditions with current services, processes and market practices, and to make the wording clearer and more consistent.

The main changes for private customers are as follows:

  • Parcel storage period of 4 days. The initial storage period for parcels in parcel machines will be 4 days instead of 7 days as of 1 May. This change helps improve parcel locker availability, reduce overcrowding, and speed up the movement of shipments. If necessary, the recipient can still extend the storage period via Omniva self-service – in the app or at minu.omniva.ee

  • International parcels up to 90 cm. As of 1 May, the maximum dimension for international parcels will be 90 cm instead of the current 120 cm.

  • Courier service for parcels up to XL size. Due to low demand, the XXL-size (up to 100 kg) courier service will be removed from the private customer self-service. Going forward, customers in Estonia, similarly to customers in Latvia and Lithuania, can use courier service for deliveries of parcels up to XL size.
