Receiving your parcel

Press START on the keypad.
It will activate the community parcel machine
Enter 6-digit door code from SMS.
Or get it in the Omniva app
Press OK.
Thats it! Collect your parcel and close the door firmly

Sending your parcel

Register your shipment via the Omniva app or my.omniva.ee*
This parcel machines does not support payments
Open the Omniva app and select your shipment from Outgoing Shipments
Scan QR code (app will ask)
Press START on the keypad
Press OPEN LOCKER button in the Omniva app
Put parcel in locker and close the door firmly

Frequently asked questions

Is Omniva app a mandatory requirement to use this parcel machine?

You can receive a parcel without Omniva app. Check your PIN code in SMS, email, my Omniva or Omniva mobile app.
Yes, for sending, please follow sending instructions (see above)
Can I use this parcel machine if I do not have internet access?

Yes, you only need to know your parcel’s PIN code, e.g. from sms
For sending you will need internet access and Omniva app
I entered PIN code, but door did not open, why?

Please double check if you entered correct PIN code (try sending or receiving steps one more time)
Make sure that you “woke up” the machine by pressing START button and you can see entered PIN code on the small screen
If sending and door did not open? Will it show how full the PM is
How do I enter PIN code?

Press START on the keypad and enter the 6-digit PIN from the SMS or app. Press OK.
How can I receive and send parcels with this parcel machine?

Receiving your parcel.

Can I pay for the shipment at the parcel machine?

No, this parcel machine does not support payments. Please use Omniva app to pre-register shipments. Link to Omniva app.
Can I print label at this parcel machine?

No, but it is not necessary for this machine. Follow sending steps in the Omnvia app and put your parcel in the locker, when courier will come to pickup your parcel it will put sticker on the parcel.
Why my parcel was redirected to a different parcel machine?
Your parcel was redirected due to several reasons:
- COD payments
- Your parcel dimensions were larger than parcel machine
- Parcel receiver needs to authenticate in order to receive the parcel.
