If the parcel machine hasn’t printed the address label sticker, check that it isn’t stuck to the printer.

If it isn’t stuck, the printer has likely run out of paper.

You can insert the parcel into the locker without an address label because our system already has your parcel data.

The courier will print and attach the address label when emptying the parcel machine and restock the sticker paper.

To set or change your preferred delivery location, follow these steps:

• Log in to your e-service account. 

• In the upper right corner, choose the Preferred Locations section, click on the field, and enter the name of your preferred delivery location.

• To delete a previously added preferred delivery location, click on the trash can icon next to it.

A parcel may be redirected in the following cases:

• The parcel machine was full or had a technical issue so the courier stored it in another nearby parcel machine

• The courier couldn’t reach you to agree on a delivery time S-L size, parcels were stored in a nearby parcel machine. 

If you’d like to receive your parcel elsewhere, please contact our customer support.

The same door code in multiple delivery SMS or emails means that you have several shipments stored in the same parcel machine locker.

When picking up parcels, you’ll also see a notification on the parcel machine screen if there are multiple parcels in one locker. You will need to confirm this information.

When you’re at the parcel machine, make sure to collect all parcels from the locker.

Ensure you use the six-digit door code received in the delivery SMS/email. Do not enter the shipment code (tracking number). 

If you’re entering the correct code but the locker still won’t open, try prying the locker door open.
