Warning: Omniva’s name is being used in a scam directing people to pay customs fees
Omniva warns of a scam in which people receive emails sent in Omniva’s name claiming that a parcel has arrived and directing them to pay customs fees on websites that do not belong to Omniva. This is a scam.
Official Omniva emails are sent only from addresses ending in @omniva.ee, @omniva.lt, or @omniva.lv. Parcel-related actions and customs-related payments can be carried out only in Omniva’s official environments, including the self-service portal at minu.omniva.ee and the Omniva mobile application.
If you receive a notification about a parcel you did not order or expect, or if you are asked to make a payment on a website that is not an official Omniva domain, it is very likely a scam. More information is available at www.omniva.ee/pettused.
