Postal delivery times may be longer during the Christmas and New Year period

Due to the Christmas and New Year period and higher-than-usual delivery volumes, postal delivery times between 19 December and 3 January may be longer than usual. This means that daily mail may not arrive in mailboxes at the usual time during this period, but some hours later.

During the holiday period there are fewer delivery days, and on the same delivery day advertisements, letters and periodicals are delivered together. For this reason, we ask customers to empty their mailboxes more frequently. If a mailbox is full, the postal courier cannot deliver items into it.

On 23 December, early-morning delivery newspapers will be delivered to mailboxes in the Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and Viljandi regions by no later than 9:00 a.m., as editions from several days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) are combined into one delivery.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish everyone a peaceful holiday season!
