Omniva customer support specialist Kristin Parm named Estonia’s Best Customer Service Representative
Omniva customer support specialist Kristin Parm has won the “Best Customer Service Representative 2026” competition organised by Heateenindus.ee. This year, a total of seven Omniva employees ranked among Estonia’s top 100 customer service representatives, including two in thetop ten.
A total of 360 customer service representatives from across Estonia took part in this year’s competition. In addition to practical rounds, participants also completed a comprehensive knowledge test that assessed their service-related knowledge, customer understanding and ability tofind suitable solutions in different situations. Last year as well, an Omniva customer support specialist achieved a strong result in the competition, finishing in second place.
“This recognition is a major acknowledgement of Kristin’s personal achievement, but it also reflects more broadly how important customer experience is for Omniva. For us, trust is built through every interaction in which the customer is listened to, supported and provided with a solution. This is exactly the kind of service that helps us be a reliable partner for people in the important moments of everyday life,” said Martti Kuldma, Chairman of the Management Board of Omniva.
“For me, good service begins with the ability to listen and truly understand the customer. It is just as important that people feel they can ask anything – there are no stupid questions. I always want customers to feel welcome when they turn to us and confident that they can come backagain,” said Kristin Parm.
“Kristin is a long-standing member of our team who can be trusted with even the most complex and high-responsibility cases. She is cheerful, helpful and open-minded, and she finds a solution even when a situation may seem hopeless at first glance. In addition to supportingcustomers, she also contributes to various projects. Kristin is an excellent colleague and simply a very lovely person,” said Andre Arula, Head of Customer Support at Omniva Estonia.
The Omniva employees who ranked among Estonia’s top 100 customer service representatives this year were Kristin Parm, Julia Romanenko, Kaie Perv, Kairi Seemen, Moonika Tamm, Eha Joonas and Maija Mugra. Julia Romanenko placed sixth.
