Omniva CCO Gusts Muzikants Leaves Company; Management Board to Continue with Two Members
Gusts Muzikants, Omniva Group’s Chief Commercial Officer, Management Board Member, and Head of the Latvian subsidiary, had his last working day on July 31st. His responsibilities as CCO will be temporarily assumed by Sven Kukemelk in an acting capacity. The Management Board will continue with two members. Leadership of the Latvian team will be taken over by Agnese Grīnberga.
Gusts Muzikants joined Omniva in August 2023. Over the past two years, he successfully led the transformation of Omniva’s sales and customer support functions into a unified pan-Baltic organization and implemented several improvements to enhance the quality of customer service and sales processes.

Following Muzikants’ departure, the Omniva Management Board will consist of two members: Martti Kuldma, CEO and Chairman of the Board, and Signe Kukin, CFO and Board Member.
Starting August 1st, Omniva’s Latvian subsidiary’s legal representative will be Signe Kukin, but Agnese Grīnberga, Head of Baltic Retail Network, will assume the role of local team lead in Omniva Latvia.
The company will launch an open recruitment process to find a new Chief Commercial Officer. Until the position is filled, Sven Kukemelk, Head of International Business at Omniva, will serve as acting CCO.
At the same time, Omniva Group is also conducting an international search for a new Chief Operations Officer. Until the position is filled, Martti Kuldma will continue to serve as acting COO.
