Mail, newspapers and magazines can now be delivered to Picapac

In addition to parcels, Omniva’s Picapac personal parcel locker can now also receive letters, newspapers and magazines. This means Picapac users no longer need to check a separate mailbox, as their mail is delivered directly to the personal parcel locker.

As a result, letters, newspapers, magazines and parcels are all delivered to one place. When an item is placed in the Picapac locker, the customer receives a notification and no longer needs to check separately whether their mail has arrived. Mail and periodicals stored in the personal parcel locker are also protected from weather conditions that could otherwise damage them.

“People expect their everyday services to be as simple and convenient as possible. Until now, Picapac has helped customers receive, send and return parcels more conveniently. Now it can also be used to receive letters and periodicals,” said Aleksei Kolesnikov, Product Manager of Picapac at Omniva.

Picapac is a personal parcel locker installed at a customer’s home and connected to Omniva’s parcel locker network. It can be used to receive, send and return parcels. The solution is well suited for people who use parcel services frequently and value convenient delivery close to home.

Recently, a laundry service was also added for personal parcel locker users.
