Kastytis Valantinas, COO of Omniva Group, leaves the company

Omniva Group announces that Kastytis Valantinas, the Chief Operating Officer, is leaving the company.
Omniva Group CEO, Martti Kuldma, will temporarily assume the role of interim COO while the company begins its search for a new leader for the operations unit. Kuldma expressed sincere gratitude for Kastytis Valantinas’ vibrant and energetic leadership, acknowledging that his contributions have been pivotal in shaping the company’s operations. He also wished Valantinas all the best in his future endeavors, recognizing the significant impact he has had on the organization.
“Our leadership within Omniva operations team remains strong, and the institutional knowledge we’ve built over the years is firmly in place. While leadership transitions are natural, they will not impact Omniva’s unwavering commitment to delivering on our promises to clients. Our team is well-equipped and fully dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service and reliability as we continue our growth and efficiency journey,” stressed M. Kuldma.
During his tenure, Valantinas played a big role in strengthening Omniva’s operational capabilities. Under his leadership, the Kaunas sorting center became fully operational, and Omniva successfully navigated challenging periods and delivering peak season shipments on time. He also led the company through operational, geopolitical, and economic challenges, achieving significant milestones along the way.
“I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such an incredible team at Omniva. The people here are the key to the company’s success, and I am 100% convinced of that. Together, we’ve reached remarkable achievements – from completing the Kaunas facility and enhancing performance to exceeding initial capacity expectations in other sorting centers and much more. I leave with a sense of fulfillment, knowing that Omniva is well-positioned to continue its journey toward growth and success,” said K.Valantinas.
Valantinas joined Omniva’s Management Board in September 2023. His last day in Omniva is April 4th.
