Important notice to business clients about Omniva pricing policy

As we approach the peak holiday season, Omniva is introducing adjustments to our pricing policy for business customers to help maintain the speed, reliability, and quality of services during the busiest time of the year.  

To ensure all shipments reach their destinations on time, a temporary 7% seasonal index will apply to Parcel machine and Courier delivery services in November and December. This means that the price for sending each parcel will be 7% higher during this period. 

The seasonal price increase applies to all business customers – both those who use list prices and customers with contractually fixed prices. The only exception is business customers whose agreements explicitly exclude the seasonal price increase. 

Key facts 

  • Services affected: parcel machine and courier delivery service.  

  • Period: November 1 – December 31, 2025.  

  • Exclusions: additional services (e.g., insurance, special handling) are not subject to this surcharge.
