Changes to the Economy international parcel service terms and conditions from January 1, 2026
Starting from 1 January 2026, changes to our Economy international parcel service terms will take effect. These changes arise from adjustments in the international partner network.
The current additional service “Proof of Delivery” will no longer be available from 1 January 2026. Going forward, Economy parcels will be traceable – you will be able to follow the parcel’s journey in our tracking environment, but a separate delivery confirmation will no longer be issued.
All parcels sent with the Economy service will have a maximum compensation limit of up to €35 once the changes take effect.
We are working to ensure smooth and reliable service performance in the future as well. We will soon update our standard terms accordingly, which will be available on our website.
