Baltic Queen stamp returns with an additional print run
An additional print run of the Baltic Queen international stamp from the “Giants of the Baltic Sea” series goes on sale today. The stamp is available from the Omniva e-shop and at Tallink hotels and on board Tallink ships.
Featuring Tallink Grupp’s Baltic Queen, the stamp was first issued on 25 June alongside the MyStar stamp from the same series. The stamps tell the story of Estonian passenger shipping and celebrate the vessels connecting Estonia with Finland and Sweden. Both were designed by Kaarel Kukk.
The Baltic Queen stamp has a denomination of €3.90. The original print run of the self-adhesive stamp was 3,000; the additional print run is 5,500. The stamp was printed by Vaba Maa.
Omniva stamps are printed on paper bearing the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) label. The label confirms that the wood used to produce the paper comes from responsibly managed forests.
