Business letter sending services in Estonia

In order to use the business letter services, customer is required to select a business letter package. 

Business customers can domestically send ordinary and registered standard and maxi letters, internationally it is possible to send ordinary and registered standard letters. 

The letters can be handed over via postal offices or courier without any postal stamps. 

It is possible to send stamped letters from the post office or using a letterbox.

If the customer does not have a valid business package for sending letters, an additional fee will be added to the invoice.

After being handed over and stamped, standard and maxi letters are delivered on the third business day if mailed via a letter box or post office before the last emptying time.

Express letters (i.e., standard and maxi letters), once handed over to us with the Plussmark stamp printed on it, are delivered the following business day if mailed via a letter box or post office on a business day (Monday – Friday) before the last emptying time.

Registered letters are delivered on the third business day following the handover. If the delivery attempt fails, the recipient receives a notice and can retrieve the letter from the post office within 7 calendar days.
