Work on holidays
In 2023, Omniva’s work arrangement will be affected on the following public holidays:

WHAT TO CONSIDER?
- Parcel machines will not be emptied or filled and there will be no courier pickups or deliveries on public holidays.
- All post offices will also be closed.
- Letter boxes will not be emptied on public holidays.
- The private customer support by Omniva Call Centre is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Omniva Call Centre will not provide business support.
- Shipments cannot be delivered to the Omniva terminal on this day.
In addition to the public holidays listed above, Omniva’s work is also affected by shortened working days (except 23 December):

WHAT TO CONSIDER?
- We accept courier orders until 1 p.m.
- We carry out courier pick-up until 5 p.m. Outside Harju County and Tartu, we carry out courier pick-up until 3 p.m., except in areas where pick-up is usually done until 2 p.m.
- We will separately contact customers who have separate agreements for permanent pick-up to make new agreements.
- For deliveries at the Omniva terminal, the opening times are as follows: Rukki terminal - 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Pallasti terminal – 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. For post offices, please see the opening hours on the map application on our website.
- The private customer support by Omniva Call Centre is open during regular hours.
- Omniva Call Centre will provide business support service from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- The delivery promise for all parcels is extended by up to two working days.
In the case of other public holidays that are not preceded by a shortened working day, we will act according to our usual protocol on the day before the public holiday.
NB! We always issue a separate agreement/notice about our organisation of work during Christmas.
