Parcel will arrive at parcel machine of destination usually on the next day after its drop-off at the parcel machine of sending, except for Sundays.

Recipient of parcel will be informed by us by way of SMS and, if possible, by e-mail. Recipient may pick up parcel any day at any time.

FROM POST OFFICE
TO PARCEL MACHINE

Parcel will arrive at parcel machine of destination the following working day after it has been submitted at the post office.

Recipient of parcel will be informed by us by way of SMS and, if possible by e-mail. Recipient may pick up parcel any day at any time.

BY COURIER
TO PARCEL MACHINE

Parcel will arrive at the parcel machine of destination on the next day, except for Sundays.

Recipient of parcel will be informed by us by SMS and, if possible, by e-mail. Recipient may pick up parcel any day at any time.

Parcel will arrive at post office of destination within two working days after it has been dropped off a t the parcel machine.

Recipient may pick up parcel during opening hours of the post office.

If the recipient is a private customer, we will call ahead and agree on a convenient time of delivery. Our delivery times for parcels are Monday through Friday 8am–8pm, Saturdays 10am–3pm.

If the recipient is a business customer, our delivery times will be Monday through Friday 8am–5pm.

If the recipient is a private customer, we will call ahead and agree on a convenient time of delivery. Our delivery times for parcels are Monday through Friday 8am–8pm, Saturdays 10am–3pm.

If the recipient is a business customer, our delivery times will be M–F 8am–5pm, for an additional fee, also on Saturday. Delivery of parcel by early courier in 33 larger cities of Estonia from Maonday through Friday at 8am–10am.

If the recipient is a private customer, we will call ahead and agree on a convenient time of delivery. Our delivery times for parcels are Monday through Friday 8am–8pm, Saturdays 10am–3pm.

If the recipient is a business customer, we will deliver the parcel from Monday through Friday 8am–5pm without making a previous phone call.

You will see a possible pick-up time for the courier, while you are registering your parcel with the e-service.
