Temporary parcel points


Due to the extraordinarily large parcel volumes we have opened temporary parcel points where we issue the parcels from over filled parcel machines. This page provides more information on the temporary parcel points.


Parcel point locations


Õismäe temporary parcel point
Location: Nurmenuku centre (Ehitajate tee 107, Tallinn)
Opening hours: Mon.-Fri. 12.00–20.00, Sat. 10.00–17.00
 

Kristiine parcel point
Location: Kristiine shopping centre (Endla 45, Tallinn) car park (next to the Kristiine shopping centre parcel machine)
Opening hours: Mon to Fri 12:00-20:00, Sat 10:00-17:00
 


How to find the parcel point


The parcel point has Omniva surf flag and signs.


Receiving the parcel

  • The parcel is issued to the client for tracking number and receiver’s first and last name and telephone number.
  • If necessary (depending on the service), take along identification document.
  • It is only possible to pay using card payment (if the parcel needs to be paid for).
  • The parcel is issued outdoors without contact. The payment terminal is disinfected after each use.


Directions at the parcel point

  • Keep at least 2 m distance with all people.
  • Please do not enter areas restricted with tapes or marked on the ground, thank you!
  • If the parcel point has a queue, send the SMS you received with the tracking number to the parcel point mobile telephone number so the staff could find your parcel. The parcel point telephone number is at a visible location at the service desk.
  • To receive the parcel, tell the worker the first and last name of the recipient. If necessary, the worker will ask for the parcel tracking number or recipient’s telephone number.
  • If necessary (depending on the service), the worker will ask for identification document. Take out your document and place it on the service desk. Then step back so the worker could check the document.
  • If the parcel needs to be paid for, the worker will set the payment terminal on the table. Once the worker has stepped away, approach the table and make the payment.
  • No signature is needed for receiving the parcel.
  • When all the necessary operations are done, the worker will set the parcel on the table and you can pick it up.

Parcels issued from the Õismäe temporary parcel point can be returned using the return code received via SMS to the following parcel machines:

To return the parcel:
 
  • Select ‘Return parcel’ on the parcel machine screen
  • Enter the code from the SMS
  • Place the parcel in the open locker
  • Close the locker to confirm the transaction
