Locations for handing over large shipments for business clients
If the parcel is bigger or heavier than the standard parcel, it is called a high-dimensional parcel. Maximum dimensions are valid also to the high-dimensional parcel.

Large parcels can also be conveniently handed over to a courier. Order a courier from the business client self-service.
Instructions for handing over shipments at the Omniva Logistics Centre and terminals
Omniva Logistics Centre (Rukki tee 7, Lehmja village):
- At the barrier, press the ‘dispetšer’ button on the post
- When the barrier opens, you can enter the territory. NB! There is one-way traffic!
- Parking: van/car – gateways 3–5; 14–16. Truck – gateways 6–12.
- Enter the building to hand over the shipments. There are always empty pallets in front of the gateways and shipments can be placed there – after that, the terminal employees will handle them according to the type of shipment.
- If you want a signature, ask the dispatcher.
- To leave the territory, drive around the house to the other barrier and press the ‘dispetšer’ button again to open the barrier.
Tartu Terminal
- To open the barrier, call 53490133.
- Find a free gateway and park there.
- If necessary, ask the employees inside for an empty pallet for your shipments.
- The shipments must be physically handed over to an employee of the terminal (the pallets/shipments cannot be left on the platform).
- If you want a signature, ask an employee of the terminal.
- To exit the territory and open the barrier, call 53490133.
Pärnu Terminal
- Enter the terminal either through the loading door or, if it is closed, ring the doorbell next to the door.
- Inform an employee of the terminal that you want to hand over shipments. If necessary, ask the employees for an empty pallet for your shipments.
- The shipments must be physically handed over to an employee of the terminal (the pallets/shipments cannot be left in the loading area).
- If you want a signature, ask an employee of the terminal.
