Couriers and postal workers also have a day off on the Independence Day
Omniva parcel machines are not serviced on the Independence Day and most post offices are closed on 24 February.
On Tuesday, 23 February, working hours are shorter in some post offices but couriers and parcel machines are working on the regular schedule. On Wednesday, 24 February, parcels are neither collected nor delivered, parcel machines are not serviced either. A parcel put into a parcel machine on the Independence Day will reach another parcel machine by 26 February.
On 24 February, only Viimsi post office and Papiniidu post store are open. Information about the opening hours of a specific post office is available on Omniva’s webpage (https://www.omniva.ee/abi/kaart) and from our customer information helpline 661 6616.
On Tuesday, Omniva customer information is working from 9 am to 8 pm, as usual. On Wednesday, 24 February, customer information is available from 9 am to 3 pm.
