Here's what to do:
- Double-check whether the shipment could be a gift or a recent online purchase.
- If you don't want to receive or pick up this parcel, please contact our customer support in Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania and we'll return it to the sender.
- Notify a courier about an unwanted parcel when courier is contacting you via phone and we'll return it to the sender.
