How to authorize?

You can write an authorization on piece of paper in free form, or use our free-form template. The authorization document must have in the text:
 
  • date of preparation of the authorization;
  • your first and last name, place of residence or location, and the personal identity code; as for the legal entity, the name and registration number, surname and first name of the authorized person, personal identification code or his/her date of birth and place of residence;
  • content of the authorization – for what operations the person is authorized;
  • time limit for the validity of authorization;
  • your signature.


The authorization by a legal person must have the signature of a statutory representative (member of the board, procurator).
 
Types of authorization

An authorization can be a single, multiple, or a general services authorization.
 
  1. One-time authorization
    is given by an authorizer for receiving a specified mail.
  2. Multiple authorization
    is given by an authorizer for receiving mail within a specified period. A copy of such authorization shall remain deposited in the post office and the original shall be submitted each time at the receipt of postal items.
  3. General services authorization
    is given by an authorizer for various contracting operations. A copy of such authorization shall remain deposited in the post office and the original shall be submitted each time at the receipt of postal items.
If the service ordered is “delivery in person”, then the authorization is not valid.
