The storage period for shipments at post offices will be reduced from 15 days to 7 days

Starting from November 6, 2024, the terms of the universal postal service will change, reducing the storage period for shipments from the current 15 days to 7 days. This primarily affects the storage of shipments at post offices. The storage period for parcel locker deliveries will remain unaffected, as a 7-day period is already in place.

The change does not affect procedural documents (official letters issued for information purposes primarily by courts, bailiffs, banks, state and local government institutions, etc.) or EMS (Express Mail Service) international courier services.

The documents for parcel and business letter service terms related to this change will be updated in the near future.
